This is your friendly reminder that the Kaizen January Bootcamp is live online, kicking and ready to go tomorrow!
With much of the country now having entered Tier 4, online training is the only way to go but don’t worry, we will be hitting the ground running from January 4th for 6 weeks of high intensity, high comedy, high community fun… the timetable is OUT, and it’s looking juicy…
Our daily sessions will be on ZOOM and, we’ve made sure that every day is varied with each session focussing on a different aspect of health and fitness. We’ve carefully tailored the timetable to manage and pace your workload so that you finish each week feeling strong, mobile and most importantly, positive. We will use our intuition to regress intensity levels, so that no-one becomes over-trained.
Warning… it’s addictive when you get started!
Kaizen Centre Bootcamp
Bootcamp costs £125 for the full access to all classes and Kaizen support.
That’s a sweet £20.80 per week (or £2.60 per class, if you’re feeling feisty enough to do the lot!).
If you’re new to online training, trust us it’s easy…
You don’t need a lot of space, 2m x 1m is perfect (about the size of a yoga mat), most of what we do online is bodyweight exercises. A kettlebell would be a good thing to have, but you can improvise a kettlebell from a rucksack if you don’t have one.
CONTACT the Centre NOW to book your place and start planning your 2021 journey to better health and fitness. It’s going to be AWESOME!
Are Fitness Bootcamps a good idea?
Check out what our previous attendees have said:
“At first I wasn’t sure about training online – I’m one of those people who really need a trainer and other people to motivate me to do anything! I gave it a go and could not believe the gains I’d made… or how much I was looking forward to the online classes!”
“Bootcamp 2019 was exactly what I needed to kickstart my year.. the familiar Christmas sluggishness is always hard to shift but having some obligation, drive and positive motivation helped me get back to my pre-festive fitness and exceed it.”
