What is Metabolic conditioning? MetCon (Metabolic conditioning) is performing fast paced, high intensity workouts in sets and circuits, in a shorter space of time than a standard workout. Welcome to the all new Kaizen Centre website. Since we moved the centre late last year, we have found new demand in the ever expanding Jewellery Quarter community for all manner of health, fitness, martial arts and wellbeing activities.
