Kaizen Centre 2020 Fitness Bootcamp

Back by popular demand the Kaizen Centre Birmingham Bootcamp!

With a flat out 2019 under our belts, we’re happy to announce the new bootcamp for the new year. New permanent classes are to be added to the schedule, with new HIIT sessions, Metabolic Circuits, Proprioception classes and S&C.

The fitness coaching team are ready: DC, Zoe, Sara, Antonia are all set to get you fit, healthy, supple, serene and athletic in the new year.

So, what’s in store for Birmingham’s best Bootcamp for January 2020?

Bootcamp sessions are available 7 days a week for 7 weeks! You don’t have to do them all, but you do have the opportunity to maximise your training and value.

Monday = MetCon 6pm

Tuesday = MetCon S&C 6pm

Wednesday = Primal Movement 6pm

Thursday = Ashtanga Flow Yoga 6pm AND MetCon Circuit 7pm

Friday = HIIT Session

Saturday = Proprioception 9am

Sunday = Chill Yoga 10am

How long does a Bootcamp last?

It all starts on Monday 13th January and runs until Friday 29th February. Yes thats 7 weeks!

All the above classes are available to you, which help you fit the workouts into a busy January diary.

Bootcamp costs £150

You’ll get all of the sessions, a one to one assessment, nutritional guidance and loads of support. The Bootcamp can cater for everyone, regardless of your current state of health and fitness. We are all about education and coaching, not just training.
