Kaizen Centre Birmingham continues to improve

Welcome to the all new Kaizen Centre website.

Since we moved the centre late last year, we have found new demand in the ever expanding Jewellery Quarter community for all manner of health, fitness, martial arts and wellbeing activities.

Our martial arts classes still run as frequently as ever, Aikijutsu, Aikido Te, Karate fill the centre much of the week, but with our newly developed training spaces, we are able of bring you various styles of Yoga, MetCon Fitness classes, Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training and an Injury Clinic in one of our Treatment Rooms.

All this being said, it’s just the tip of the iceberg and as the centre evolves, more and more classes will be added to the timetable. Pilates, The Gyrokinesis Method, Stick Mobility and probably more MetCon and Yoga will all be appearing soon!

We are still on Frederick Street and you can’t miss the signs on the ground floor of the Argent Centre. Kaizen Performance Centre window graphics cover the frontage and the interior is even cooler! The old Delta Pi unit has undergone a full transformation and we’ve custom installed the performance room and a new training volume and dojo space, we’ve even dropped in a reception area and kitchen, perfect for consultations and a coffee.

We are a coaching facility, more than a gym style environment, but there are drop in classes available for Yoga, MetCon and the like. More daytime classes will also be arriving soon, we currently have a great lunchtime yoga class on a Wednesday and our intention is to offer the Jewellery Quarter and Colmore Row business district community the opportunity of a lunchtime class most days of the week. Always happy to hear from our local community, so drop us a line and tell us what you’d like to see happening at lunchtimes in Birmingham City Centre.

Elite Injury Solutions and Dance Clinic are active with one to one treatment and training appointments throughout the mornings and afternoons. The performance room starts training people as early at 6am and Martial Arts keeps the centre busy many nights of the week. So there’s lot to be excited about!

I hope you enjoy a good browse through the site and look forward to hearing from you with your enquiries and questions.
